Laurence Shanks

With over 15+ years designing market leading and award winning spaces.
Laurence comes from a multi award winning design background. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the worlds leading companies, for the biggest brands, within some of best buildings in the world. Having worked within multidisciplinary architecture and design & build studios, he has built a deep understanding and passion to truly understand the 'WHY' in every project no matter how small, large or complex that may be.
*In his spare time, Laurence enjoys trekking around the world embracing new cultures, great food and even better wine! He has recently taken up sailing so he can sail with his wife and children in years to come.
David
Taylor
/ Founder
With over 20+ years project managing multi-million pound projects.
David oversees all the contractual and construction aspects of Desuild. With a trusted supply chain of subcontractors and a wealth of knowledge, David co-ordinates and supervises Desuilds project portfolio. From pre-contract stage, all the way through to contractual documentation and overseeing all our sites, he makes sure each project is finished to our uncompromising standard. With a happy client every time..
*David is a avid mountain biker and enjoys everything outdoors that provides adrenaline. The Taylor family regularly go camping and can be seen on the ski slopes in the winter.
